摘要 目的 探讨细胞凋亡及Bax、TGF -β在小儿增生期与退化期血管瘤中的表达。 方法 用免疫组化法测定小儿增生期及退化期血管瘤中Bax、TGF -β的表达。 结果 Bax在增生期和退化期血管瘤的阳性表达率为43 75 %和 88 89% ;TGF -β在增生期和退化期血管瘤的阳性表达率为 43 75 %和 83 3 3 %。两组比较差异均有显著性。结论 Bax、TGF -β可能是引起血管瘤退化的重要因素之一。 Objective To investigate the expressions of Bax and TGF-β 1 in different phases of children hemangioma,and try to find out the mechanisms of hemangiomatous proliferation and regression Methods The expressions of Bax and TGF-β 1 in 50 children cases of dermal hemangioma in proliferating phase or involuting phase were detected by HE staining and immunohistochemical method Results The expression rate of Bax in proliferative phase and imvoluting phase of hemangioma were 43 75%,88 89%( P <0 01) The positive staninig rate of TGF-β 1 in proliferating phase and involuting phase of hemangioma were 43 75%,83 33%( P <0 01) Conclusion Bax and TGF-β 1 may be the important factors which may induce apoptosis of hemangioma and accelerate it.
