产业网络是一种介于市场与企业之间的资源配置方式。传统交易成本经济学仅仅用交易费用的观点来解释产业网络的形成是有缺陷的 ,产业网络的形成应该基于契约论的观点从交易成本和生产成本两个方面加以解释。

Industrial network is a mode of resources allocation between market and enterprise. It is defective for traditional transaction cost economics to explain the formation of industrial network only with the viewpoint of transaction cost. The formation of industrial network should be explained on the basis of the viewpoint of contraction theory in the two aspects of transaction cost and production cost.
