摘要
文章在阐述大学生犯罪的现状和特点的基础上,分析了大学生犯罪增多的原因,进而提出了预防大学生犯罪的若干措施,主要是:加强品德教育,引导大学生树立正确的人生观;加强对大学生的法制教育,增强大学生的法制观念;加强和改善高校的学生管理工作,规范管理者的行为,建立约束机制;对大学生犯罪实行教育、感化和挽救的方针。
The essay expounds the present state of college students committing crimes and their features, analyses the causes of the crime increase, and puts forward some measures to prevent college students from committing crimes.
