摘要
几年来,经过各高校的努力探索和实践,初步建立了以"甲乙方分设管理运作模式"为主的过渡期后勤管理体制。要建立彻底的社会化后勤服务运行模式,就要把学校后勤的管理监督职能与服务经营职能分开,规范甲乙双方人权、财权和物权方面的管理。
As a result of exploration and practice in the reform of rear service in colleges and universities, a new management system of rear service has been set up. According to the deferent functions, the rear service management is divided into two parties: Party A and Party B. The former is responsible for management and supervision, while the later performs the function of service and operation. The essay sums up the successful experience, points out some problems and proposes the solutions.
