试论图书馆工作法律责任及其多重承担

On the law responsibility of library work and its multi-undertaking

图书馆工作中的义务缺失,会导致其承担法律责任。而同一个法律事实,有可能引发多个法 律关系,从而承担多种法律责任。论文对图书馆工作法律责任类型及其多重承担问题作了尝试性的论述。

Library will undertake law responsibility if they dispense with their duties. The same law fact may cause kinds of law relationships. This paper attempt to discuss the proposition of law responsibility in library and its multi-undertake.
