西方人力资源管理六法则在现代图书馆管理中的应用

本文从现代图书馆管理的实际需要出发 ,将西方先进的人力资源管理六法则引入到现代图书馆管理中 ,同时指出了应用过程中容易出现的问题 ,并提出了解决这些应用问题的对策。

For the practical need of the modern library management in our country,the six rules on human resource management,which are effectively applied in western enterprises,are introduced in this article. Some possible application problem is pointed out,and correspounding methods to solve the problems are also put forward.
