高校图书馆数字参考服务综论

数字参考服务是现代中国图书馆发展的热点问题之一 ,本文论述了DRS的相关概念及发展形式 ,对国外及国内DRS的发展进行了概括 ,提出各高校图书馆应积极协作 ,共同打造自己的DRS品牌 ,迎接信息社会的挑战。

Digital reference service is one of the hot points of contemporary Chinese library development. The paper discusses the relative concepts and developing formats of DRS, then introduce the development of DRS in china and in other countries. The paper calls for the college libraries should collaborative together for building their own DRS's brand in facing of information society.
