艾滋病合并卡氏肺囊虫肺炎影像表现分析

Analysis of Radiological Features of Pneumocystis Carinii Pneumonia in AIDS

目的 :探讨艾滋病病人卡氏肺囊虫肺炎 (PCP)的X线及CT表现。方法 :收集临床确诊的艾滋病病人卡氏肺囊虫肺炎胸部X线及CT照片 6例。分析其病变影像学表现及治疗后的影像观察。结果 :本病的典型影像表现 :双侧肺门周旁及双侧中下肺野弥漫性网格状影、磨玻璃状改变、弥漫性小结节影、斑片影 ;少见的合并表现 :肺气囊肿、胸水、胸部淋巴结肿大、大叶性实变。结论 :本病影像表现有一定特征性 ,影像检查对本病的临床诊断及观察治疗效果有显著的价值。

Objective To discuss the X-ray and CT features of PCP in IADS .Methods Collected 6 cases of PCP in AIDS. All Patients were adopted plan chest radiology combined with CT and proven as PCP by clinic. Diagnosed radiological information before and after the treatment of the cases.Results The typical signs of PCP included multiple reticulation, ground-glass opacification, small nodules or infitration patch which distributed extensively in bilateral hilar regions or middle-lower lung fields.Unusual findings included multiple thin wall cysts, hydrothorax, swelling of lymph nodes or lobar consolidation.Conclusions PCP had character in chest x-ray and CT findings. Radiological examination can make great difference in PCP clinical diagnosis and observing curative effect.
