心率变异性在糖尿病肾病血透患者中的变化及意义

Differences and Prognostic Value of Heart Rate Variability Parameters in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Under Going Hemodialysis

目的 :比较不同组别患者心率变异性的不同 ,研究心率变异性在糖尿病肾病血透患者中的变化与意义。方法 :分别对 2型糖尿病、2型糖尿病肾衰竭血液透析、非糖尿病肾衰竭血液透析患者和健康者行 2 4h动态心电图检查 ,比较各组间心率变异性参数的变化 ,并将血肌酐水平与心率变异性参数做相关分析。结果 :与其他组别相比 ,糖尿病肾衰竭血液透析患者的心率变异性明显降低 ,且血肌酐水平与心率变异性参数呈负相关。结论 :糖尿病血液透析患者的心率变异性下降将对预后判断产生影响。

Objective To investigate the difference and prognostic value of heart rate variability (HRV) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus undergoing hemodialysis.Methods Patients were divided into four groups including group with type 2 diabetes mellitus, group with type 2 diabetes mellitus undergoing hemodialysis, group with non-diabetic undergoing hemodialysis and group control with health individuals. All patients were given ambulatory ECG examination for total 24 hours. The parameters of HRV were compared between the groups.Result HRV decreased significantly in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus undergoing hemodialysis, and there were a negative correlation between the HRV parameters and the serum creatin levels.Conclusion HRV in patients with uremia secondary to type 2 diabetes mellitus will decrease significantly, which might have an influence on prognosis.
