强化公安院校教育训练职能的思考

Speculations on Strengthening the Educational and Training Function in Public Security Colleges

民警的教育训练是当前公安教育中的重要工作,如何让教育训练更有效提高参训民警的实战技能、业务水平、理论水平是实施教育训练的部门和教师需要思考的问题;规范教育训练制度、合理设置教育训练内容、加强师资队伍建设是需要解决的问题。

The education and training of the police is an important task of public security education at present.This paper points out that it necessary for the relevant departments and teachers to find ways to effectively improve the policemen' s skills under battle conditions,their professional and theoretical level.Presently,we need to find solutions to some problems such as how to standardize the educational and training system,reasonably make training schedule and strengthen the construction of educational staff.
