摘要
综述了当前应用比较广泛的天然香料提取技术 ,如冷压榨法、蒸馏技术、萃取技术、微波萃取技术、吸收法、色谱法以及结晶技术 ;介绍了这些技术的原理、特点、优越性、研究进展和应用 ;指出了存在的若干问题 。
An overview of the widely used extraction technologies of the natural perfumes,such as squeezing,distillation,extraction,microwave extraction,absorbing,chromatography and crystallization technologies are presented.Their principles,characteristics,advantages,research progresses and applications are introduced.The problems in existence now are put forward,and the prospect of extraction technology for natural perfumes is also discussed.
