邓小平理论重要内容之一——改革开放政策 ,并从对外开放 ,对内开放 ,内外开放结合三方面阐述了邓小平理论实践的重要性及对“西部大开发”和其它实践活动的指导意义。

The article makes a special comment on one of the main contents of DengXiaoping′s theories-the reform and open policies and states the importance of DengXiaoping′s theories in the three ways of the open policies to the outside,the inside and the combination of them and its guidance to 'the big opening of the West' and other practical activities.
