降低脲醛树脂中游离甲醛含量的一种新方法

A novel route to decrease free formaldehyde content in urea-formaldehyde resin

采用苯胺做改性剂,通过实验得到了低游离甲醛含量脲醛树脂的合成工艺,其最佳工艺条件为:尿素与甲醛的摩尔比为1∶2.0,苯胺加入量8%,反应时间150min,反应温度90.所得产品中游离甲醛含量<0.5%,胶结强度>10MPa.

: A novel technology for synthesis of urea-formaldehyde resin with low free formaldehyde content was researched using aniline as modifier. The best performance of the resin can be attained at 90℃ ,150min with the mole ratio of urea to formaldehyde 1:2.0 and aniline feed 8%.
