比索洛尔对原发性高血压患者降压疗效的动态观察

The therapeutic effect of bisoprolol on primary hypertension

目的 评价比索洛尔治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ级原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法 72例Ⅰ、Ⅱ级原发性高血压患者给予比索洛尔治疗 ,根据血压变化逐渐加大剂量至患者所能耐受最大量 ,连续服药 8周 ,动态监测患者的血压、心率及血液生化值变化。结果 服药后总血压负荷值明显降低 ,各时点血压均值明显下降。比索洛尔的收缩压及舒张压谷峰比值分别为 6 8.6 %和 6 5 .0 % ,平均 6 6 .1%。用药前后血糖、血脂、电解质及肌酐浓度均无显著变化。结论 高选择性 β1受体阻滞剂比索洛尔可有效、安全、便捷地治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ级原发性高血压。

Objective To eva1uate the efficacy of bisoprolol in the treatment of grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ primary hypertension.Methods 72 patients with grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ primary hypertension received bisoprolol for 8 weeks,which dosage was gradually increased to the tolerable maximum according to blood pressure.Blood pressure,heart rate and blood biochemical were observed by ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM).Results After treatment,total blood pressure overload decreased significantly and the average blood pressure at each time point was obviously decreased.The peak ratio of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure,when the patients were treated with bisoprolol,were 68.6% and 65.0% respectively,on an average of 66.1%.Blood glucose,blood lipid,electrolyte and creatinine were not changed.Conclusion High selective β 1 receptor blocker(bisoprolol)may treat grade I and II primary hypertension effective1y,safely and conveniently.
