摘要
介绍了使用万能材料试验机,测量不同厚度高强度、高模量碳纤维单向板拉伸性能的技术;总结了应变测量方法、试验加载方式、试样装卡技巧;分析了不同铺层层数对高强度、高模量碳纤维复合材料单向板力学性能测试的影响.可供研究新型复合材料的力学性能时参考.
A technique is introduced to measure the tension performance of high-strength and high-modulus carbon-fibre slab. The method of strain measurement, the way of test loading and the skill of installing specimen are summarized. The influence of the different layers on mechanical performance of the slab is analyzed.
