摘要
该文从银行、贷款学生、政府及社会、高校四个方面 ,分析了当前国家助学贷款受阻的原因。提出了若干对策建议 。
Through analyzing the obstacles to the National Loan On Student's Credentials, the author explicates the reasons in four aspects: bank, student, university and government and puts forward several schemes with the aim to investigate its feasibility.
