A Light Emission Diode Based on the Field Emission of Carbon Nanotubes

摘要 制作了一个基于碳纳米管场发射的发光二极管 ,实验结果表明 ,这种发光二极管驱动场强低 ,亮度高 ,能够满足常用显示器和发光管的亮度要求 。 A light emitting diode has been manufactured based on the field emission of carbon nanotubes. The experiment results indicated that its brightness could meet with the need of almost all the light emission tubes or display devices. The field shielding effect between nanotubes has also been discussed with boundary element method.
