摘要
20世纪 90年代以来 ,欧盟成员国消费信贷业务得到迅速发展 ,英国和德国是欧盟消费信贷市场上的领导者。欧盟消费信贷市场上存在着四种不同的消费者类型 ,而妇女在欧盟消费信贷市场上起着重要的作用。在我国应健全消费信贷法制 ,为消费信贷的发展提供良好的法律环境 ;金融机构要针对不同类型的消费者开发不同特点的消费信贷产品 ;采取不同的经营策略 ,培育多类型、多层次的消费信贷体系。特别是充分发挥女性在我国消费信贷市场中的作用 ,从而促进我国消费信贷业务的发展。
Consumer credit in the meber states of EU has developed vey rapidly since 1990s.Germany and Britain have consoliated their positions as European leaders in consumer credit indebtedness. There are the resistant,the received, the specifics and the enthusiast in consumer credit market.The article analyses the four types of consumers and inspects the vital role of EU women in consumer credit development.It is implied that in China,a consumer credit law is neaded as soon as possible,financial sector should offer more consumer credit products for defferent market segement and follow different operation strategies,attention should be paid for cultivating different types of credit market and especially the women consuner credit market,because it will make a big part for the improvement of consumer credit business.
