摘要
运用资源外包理论 ,通过高新技术企业资源外包对企业绩效影响的假设模型和问卷设计 ,对长沙市高新技术企业问卷调查所得数据进行了实证分析。分析结果表明 :提高企业的绩效可以将外围业务外包而不宜将核心业务外包。
In this paper,the hypothesizes how outsourcing influences performance of hi-tech enterprises were put forword by using outsourcing theories.Then the data of outsourcing regarding hi-tech enterprise's performance were gotten through questionaire.Finally,based on the empirical analysis of the data,some suggestions were proposed for improving enterprise's performance.
