Governance Functions of Employee's Interests: Theories and Practices

目前 ,较少的公司治理研究能够详细、深入地涉及公司治理结构中企业职工的利益取向。从理论上分析 ,企业职工利益的公司治理功能有其特殊的经济意义。在实践中 ,我国企业有两种将企业职工利益纳入公司治理变革中的政策尝试。理论分析和实践考察可以总结出完善企业职工利益公司治理功能的有效措施。

Few current corporate governance literatures are oriented with the employees' interests in the firm's governance structure. Theoretically, the employees' interests are holding special economic connotations in governance.In the practice of Chinese corporation,there are two types of trial experiences in introducing employees' interests into corporate governance. Useful implications can be inferred from the theoretical analysis and empirical review on the governance functions of employees' interests.
