摘要
以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,水玻璃为硅源,在55℃水热条件下合成了介孔Cr MCM 41分子筛,并用粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)、热重 差热分析(TG DTA)、N2吸附 脱附等手段进行了表征,证明Cr原子已经进入分子筛骨架。以此为催化剂研究了反应温度、时间、催化剂再生次数、引发剂等因素对环己烷选择性氧化的影响。结果表明,Cr MCM 41是一种温和、高效的环己烷选择性氧化催化剂。
By hydrothermal method,using hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide as template agent,sodium silicate as silica source,mesoporous molecular sieve Cr-MCM-41 was synthesized at 55 ℃.The product was characterized by means of powder X-ray diffraction (XRD),framework IR spectra,N_2 adsorption/desorption and TG-DTA.The result dedicated Cr atoms had been located in framework structure.Using the product as catalyst,the effects of temperature,time,initiator and regeneration time of catalyst on cyclohexane oxidation reaction were studied.The results show that Cr-MCM-41 is a mild and efficient catalyst for selective oxidati on of cyclohexane.
