摘要 南水北调中线工程由南向北 ,从气候温和区走向寒冷区。在寒冷区 ,输水总干渠及其下级分干渠每年冬季都将遇到渠床冻结、渠道冰凌对渠道工程的冻害和冰害问题 ,严重影响调水的输水安全。因此 ,在工程设计、施工和运行阶段 ,必须搞好防治冻害和冰害的工作。针对河北省的冻害、冰害特点 ,依据有关规范和资料 。 The Middle Route of South-North Water Transfer goes from south to north, from the warm zone to cold zone. In the cold zone, the main channel and the branch main channel for water transfer will meet the freezing damage and ice injury problems such as channel bed frozen, ice slush in channel in winter annually, which will destroy the channel works and severely affect the safety of water transfer. So in the design stage, construction phase and runtime, preparatory work must be done to prevent the channel from freezing damage and ice injury. In this paper, in view of the characteristics of the freezing damage and ice injury, according to the related criterion and information, the significance of preventing the channel from freezing damage and ice injury and the engineering and non-engineering measures are stated.
