本文使用行销理念,讨论了数字图书馆信息用户的客户关系管理。以便提高信息服务的针对性,满足个性要求,提高服务质量。
Based on the Marketing Theory,This paper discusses the management of digital library users,to focus on the information service,to meet the personification needs and to improve the service quality.
