土壤中有效态锌的浸取与测定

摘要 对浸取土壤样品中有效态锌的浸取剂、固液比、振荡时间进行了试验,用火焰原子吸收法对浸取液中痕量锌进行了测定.经试验,线性回归方程为 = 0.000327+0.188785 , 相关系数为 =0.99977,相对标准偏差 为8.43%(= 8),回收率为81.0%~94.7%.测定了一组土样.结果表明,该方法能满足环境土壤样品监测的要求. The conditions of extracting valid state zinc in soil , such as extracting reagents , the ratio of solid phase and liquid phase, and the vibrating time were decide after some experiments. The trace amounts of valid state zinc in extracted solution was determined by flame atomic absorp- tion spectrometry . The regression equation is = 0.000327+0.188785 , the correlative coefficient is = 0.99977, the is 8.43%( = 8), the recovery of standard addition is 81.0% ~ 94.7%. Some samples were determined , and the results showed that the method could be applied to monitor the quality of the environmental soil sample.
