基于基元序列的二值纹理表示算法

A Binary Texture Representation Algorithm Based on Sequence of Primitive Elements

摘要 提出了基于基元序列的纹理表示算法,用直接说明纹理视觉信息的基元序列拼帖纹理图像,并统计每个针对性基元对应区域的像素比例,达到少量阵列数据表示纹理结构及其变化频度及方向的目的.相应的实验显示了算法所产生的简洁与直观效果,视觉效果与统计数据有一一对应关系.本算法适用于对纹理的描述、压缩及识别. A texturerepresentation algorithm isproposed based on sequence of primitive. Using limited array data to express the structure, variation degree and direction in a texture, a sequence of primitive elements expressing visual information is used to repaint texture images, and then the pixel numbers in the areas corresponded with each primitive element is counted. Experiment results show that visual effects are closely related to structure data. The algorithm is suitable for texture de- scription, compression and recognition.
