摘要
介绍了ERP的概念及其功能组成,分析了电力设备修造企业的特点及现状.详细论述了在电力设备修造企业中实施ERP应注意的主要问题以及实施ERP的步骤与对策.
The concept and the functional composition of ERP are introduced. Also the actuality and feature of the enterprise of manufacturing and repairing of electric power equipment are analysed. Then the main problems which should be noticed in the process of ERP′s implementation are explained in detail. Finally,the approach is provided.
