论知识管理及其在学校图书馆的应用

本文对知识管理的理论、定义进行了探讨 ,对知识管理在学校图书馆的应用进行了研究 ,并介绍学校数字图书馆中的知识组织系统。指出学校图书馆只有应用知识管理 ,才能增强竞争力和活力 ,以迎接知识经济社会和高等教育的快速发展带来的前所未有的挑战。

This paper presents the theory and definition of knowledge management, studies the importance and methods of its applications to school libraries, and introduces knowledge organization systems in digital libraries. It points out that only if school libraries applies knowledge management, can they strengthen their competition and vitality to meet the challenges from knowledge economy and the rapid developments of higher education which was never met before.
