遵循教育规律 引入市场机制——对高工专教育引入新的办学理念的探讨

入世带来的机遇和挑战 ,对于处于夹缝环境中的高工专教育来讲 ,要更加开放地面向世界 ,促进学校发展参与竞争 ,就应锐意改革 ,大胆创新。要更新教育观念 ,引入某些市场机制。因为高校不单是公益事业 ,也有产业属性 ,如 :投资观念、科学研究、专业设置等都应由市场来定位 ,从而强化市场配置意识 ,强化综合效益意识等等。为此 ,需要重新审订教育目标、实施制度创新、追求办学综合效益、培育学校自身核心竞争力、创新学生就业制度 ,以期达到实现特色教育。

China's entry into WTO brings opportunities and challenges. So college education industry in dilemma is supposed to examine and revise target of education, apply new education system, seek integrative benefit, cultivate prominently competitive ability of school, innovate students' employment system in order to achieve characteristic education and independent development of school. Colleges should have audacious reform so that they could be more open to the world and participate competition. Education concept should be updated with the knowledge or market system. College is not only a public organization, but also is of some industrial attributes. Investment ideas, scientific research, specialty setup etc. would be decided by the market, and the idea of market resources allocation and benefit will be enhanced.
