血浆置换治疗重症皮肤病68例

Observation on efficiency of plasma exchange therapy to treat 68 patients with severe dermatoses

目的:观察血浆置换疗法在治疗重症炎症性和自身免疫性疾病中的作用。方法:选择68例经过皮质类固醇激素和/或免疫抑制剂等治疗后仍难控制病情的结缔组织病、大疱性皮肤病及重型银屑病等患者,采用COBE Spectra血液成分分离机连续性血浆置换方式。结果:91.18%获得满意疗效(62/68),2例出现不良反应。结论:血浆置换疗法有助于病情的缓解及稳定并维持药物疗效,不失为一种较为理想的辅助治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the effect of plasma exchange therapy in treating severe inflammatory and auto-immune Dermatoses. Methods 68 patients with connective tissue diseases, bullous dermatoses and severe psoriasis etc.in whom corticosteroid and/or immunosuppression failed to control symptoms satisfactorily were selected.Cobe Spectra Haemonetics blood cell separators was used,prescribing continuous-flow plasma exchange procedure. Results The total effective rate of plasma exchange therapy was 91.18%(62/68).The side effect in two cases was observed. Conclusion plasma exchange therapy is an effective assistant treatment, which may be helpful to control symptoms, stabilize and maintain efficiency of drug treatment.
