摘要
①目的 探讨姜黄油对角质形成细胞超微结构的影响。②方法 用透射电镜观察体积分数 0 .0 0 0 1和 0 .0 0 1姜黄油作用于人角质形成细胞株COLO 1 6细胞 2d和 3d后其超微结构的变化。③结果 姜黄油能诱导角质形成细胞细胞器崩解和细胞溶解 ,并随药物浓度增加和作用时间延长 ,损伤作用增强。④结论 姜黄油对角质形成细胞超微结构有直接损伤作用 。
Objective To investigate the effects of turmeric oil on ultrastructure of keratinocyte. Methods The changes of ultrastructure of COLO-16 cells after treated by turmeric oil of different concentrations for two and three days were observed by a transmission electron microscope. Results Turmeric oil induced the collapse of cell organs and cytolysis. The damage markedly increased with increase of the dose and extension of the time. Conclusion The ultrastructure of keratinocytes was directly damaged by turmeric oil, it is thought to be a drug to inhibit keratinocyte proliferation and differentiation.
