摘要
①目的 探讨中药壮骨液对骨缺损愈合的促进作用及其机制。②方法 将新西兰兔 80只 (雌雄各半 ) ,制成骨缺损模型后 ,随机分成 4组 ,实验组口服壮骨液 1 6 35mg/kg(大剂量组 )、32 7mg/kg(小剂量组 ) ,对照组分别口服接骨片 2 2 4mg/kg和生理盐水。分别于骨缺损后第 9、1 7、30、4 2天测定血清钙、磷的浓度和碱性磷酸酶 (ALP)的活性。③结果 实验组血清钙浓度于术后第 1 7天明显高于生理盐水对照组 (F =1 3.1 1 ,q =5 .6 1、5 .2 6 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;血清磷浓度于术后第 1 7天明显低于生理盐水对照组 (F =1 5 .6 1 ,q =6 .6 1、7.2 4 ,P <0 .0 5 )。
Objective To explore the effects and mechanisms of Zhuang-gu-ye(ZGY) in the promotion of fracture hea- ling. Methods Eighty New Zealand rabbits, which had been made into fracture models, were randomly divided into four groups: large-dose(1 635 mg/kg); small-dose (327 mg/kg); Jie-gu-pian(224 mg/kg); and normal saline groups. After 9, 17, 30 and 42 days of treatment, the content of calcium and phosphorus and the activity of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in the blood were measured. Results The concentration of calcium in the serum of the rabbits in the ZGY groups were obviously higher than that of the other groups at the 17th day ( F=13.11;q=5.61,5.26;P <0.05), while the concentration of phosphorus in the ZGY groups were obviously lower than that of the control groups at the 17th day( F=15.61;q=6.61,7.24;P <0.05). Conclusion Zhuang-gu-ye can promote the healing of fracture.
