益心胶囊对冠状动脉支架术后再狭窄的影响

INFLUENCE OF YIXIN CAPSULE ON RESTENOSIS AFTER INTRACORONARY STENTING

目的 观察益心胶囊对冠状动脉内支架植入术后再狭窄的预防作用。方法 选择支架植入成功的冠心病患者 94例 ,随机分为益心胶囊组 (4 1例 )和常规治疗组 (5 3例 ) ,分别于支架植入术前、术后即刻和术后 30d时检测血清白细胞介素 - 6 (IL - 6 )、C -反应蛋白 (CRP)、血浆内皮素 (ET)和一氧化氮 (NO)的变化。对患者术后 6个月的心脏事件、血瘀证积分值变化和冠脉造影等进行随访观察。结果 与常规治疗组比较益心胶囊组IL - 6、CRP和ET水平显著下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,NO显著升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,血瘀证积分显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 益心胶囊对预防冠脉内支架植入术后再狭窄有一定作用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical preventive effect of Yixin capsule on preventing restenosis after intracoronary stenting. Methods 94 patients with successful implantation stenting in a native coronary artery were randomly assigned to Yixin capsule group(41 cases) and routing treatment group(53cases).The levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),endothelin(ET) and nitric oxide(NO) were measured before and immediately/the 3rd day and the 30th day after stenting.The heart events changing of blood stasis syndrome score(BSSS) and coronary angiography within 6 months after coronary stenting were observed. Results Compared with the routing treatment group,IL-6,plasma CRP,ET,and BSSS were remarkable reduced in the Yixin capsule group(P<0.05).No level was significantly higher than that of the routine treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion Yixin capsule has definite effect on preventing restenosis after intracoronary stenting.
