摘要
目的 探讨射频消融术 (RFCA)后心率变异性 (HRV)的改变。方法 选择阵发性室上性心动过速患者 5 1例 ,男 2 7例 ,女 2 4例 ,年龄 2 5～ 4 8岁 ,平均 (39.5± 4 .7)岁 ,其中左侧房室折返性心动过速 2 3例 ,右侧房室折返性心动过速 16例 ,房室结折返性心动过速 12例。应用 2 4h动态心电图观察心率变异性各时域指标 (SDNN、SDANN、SDANNIndex、RMSSD、PNN5 0 )、频域指标 (LFnu、HFnu)。结果 RFCA术前各指标值比对照组低 ,术后 3d所有HRV的各项频域及时域指标均较RFCA前显著降低 ,而术后 2个月各项指标虽仍较RFCA前降低 ,但差异无统计学意义。结论 射频电流对心脏自主神经有一定的损伤 ,在术后 2个月可基本恢复。
Objective To compare heart rate variability(HRV) in patients with paroxysmal superventricular tachycardia before and after radiofrequency catheter ablation. Methods 51 patients(27 male and 24 female) with essential hypertension were selected. The mean age was (39.5±4.7) years old.Their parameter of HRV in every time-span were observed through 24 hours holter monitoring electrocardiogram. Results After catheter ablation the parameter of HRV in the patients were lower than that of control group.2 months later,the parameter of HRV got recovery. Conclusion Radiofrequency catheter ablation exerted effects on cardiac autonomic nerves. The effect could recover 2 months later.
