摘要
本文针对高新技术企业对R&D人员的要求,设计了对其进行综合评价的指标体系,并运用AHP法进行定量分析,以期达到全面、准确、科学地考评开发人员,培养和使用高素质人才的目的。
Based on the requirements of high-new technology enterprises for R&D personnel, the author has designed an index system for comprehensive evaluation of R&D personnel. AHP method is employed for quantitative analysis, making it possible to evaluate R&D personnel in a scientific way and to cultivate and use high-quality talents.
