The emissions of diesel engines are controlled by reducing the harmful components produced during combustion and after-treating with exhaust gas. The paper introduces the measurements of reducing the harmful components in the exhaust gas by reasonably organizing combustion, improving fuel properties and recycling exhaust gas, and the after-treating measurements using the catalytic converters and particle filter.
