对搞好水电站施工测量管理工作的思考

测量工作贯穿于水电工程建设全过程,是一项十分重要的基础性工作。笔者结合实践和对水电站施工测量工作进行的思考,认为,测量工作是领导决策的基础,各级领导要重视测量工作;施工测量工作要有好的工作机制;要统一规划测量工作;加强基础管理,落实相关制度;不断总结经验,逐步提高测量工作质量。
