公伯峡水电站厂房混凝土工程由于种种原因要求施工工期大大缩短。为确保提前发电工期目标的实现,在对原施工计划、技术措施、资源配置进行认真分析研究的基础上,重新规划了技术措施,调整了施工进度计划。在业主、设计、监理和施工四方的积极配合下,保证了2004年2台机组投产发电目标的实现。

The concrete project of powerhouse for Gongboxia Hydropower Station demands to compress greatly in time limit for a project for various reasons. Therefore, based on serious analysis and research on the original construction plan and technical measures and resources allocation, we reprogrammed the technical measures and adjust the plan of construction schedule in order that we could assure the target of generating electricity ahead of schedule.With the active cooperation among Employer, Designer, Engineer and Constructor, we have assured of realizing the target of two sets of generator putting into production.!
