目的 研究细胞凋亡调节蛋白B细胞淋巴瘤 /白血病 2 (Bcl 2 )在狼疮性肾炎 (LN)患者肾组织的表达情况 ,探讨其与LN肾组织病理改变的关系及意义。方法 以免疫组化方法检测 4 4例活动期LN患者肾组织中Bcl 2蛋白、增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的表达 ,观察其与LN肾组织病理改变的关系。结果 ①增殖型LN肾小球内Bcl 2及PCNA阳性细胞数均增高 ,且与球内细胞增殖程度呈正相关 ;②LN肾间质细胞Bcl 2表达增高 ,与间质炎症细胞浸润程度正相关。结论 增殖型LN肾组织中Bcl 2蛋白异常表达与病理改变有关 ,肾组织中Bcl

Objective To investigate the expression of cell apoptosis regulating protein B-cell lymphoma leukemia-2 in the renal tissue of patients with lupus nephritis(LN) and its role in the pathology alteration of LN. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of Bcl-2 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in the renal tissue of 44 cases with active LN, and their relationship with LN pathological changes was observed. Results ① Both numbers of Bcl-2 and PCNA positive glomerular cells were significantly increased, and were positively correlated with the grade of intraglomerular cell proliferation. ② The number of Bcl-2 positive interstitial cells in LN was increased,and was positively correlated with the degree of interstitial infiltration of inflammatory cells. Conclusions Abnormal expression of apoptosis-related protein Bcl-2 in renal tissues of proliferative LN correlates with renal pathology alteration. Overexpression of Bcl-2 protein in renal tissue of LN might play an important role in the process of glomerular hypercellularity and interstitial infiltration of inflammatory cells.
