摘要
《吉林省人口与计划生育条例》规定的独身女性可以生育子女 ,是对独身女性愿望的一种满足 ,是对女性生育权的一种尊重 ,是一种人性化的表现。但它冲击了现有的社会伦理秩序 ,带来了一系列的社会问题。本文对独身女性生育权所涉及的社会伦理和家庭伦理问题进行了探讨 ,目的在于重新审视该条款实施的伦理难度。
It is written in the statute of the population and birth control in Ji Lin Province that single women can give birth to their own children,which to some extent statisfies single women’s wishes,shows respect to women’s procreating right and reflects haman nature.However,it has made the present ethical order into confusion and brought about a series of social problems.This essay discusses the social and familial ethical problems that are related to procreating right of single women in order to examine the ethical dificulties caused by the statute again.
