输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗泌尿系结石临床观察

Clinical investigation on pneumatic lithotripsy for the treatment of urinary stones

目的探讨输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管、膀胱、尿道结石的临床效果。方法对180例输尿管、膀胱、尿道结石患者采用该法治疗的情况进行回顾分析。结果10例尿道结石和18例膀胱结石均碎石成功,152例输尿管结石中136例碎石成功,成功率为92.8%,6例输尿管镜放置失败,4例输尿管穿孔。结论输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石及其以下尿路结石疗效确切,碎石成功率高,术后恢复快。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of pneumatic lithotripsy(PL) under a ureteroscope for the treatment of ureteral,bladder and urethra stones. Methods: From October 2001 to February 2004, 180 patients with ureteral, bladder and urethra stones undergoing PL were retrospectively analysed. Results: 10 cases of urethra stones and 20 cases of bladder stones were cured. Among 152 cases of ureteral stones, 136 had a satisfactory therapeutic effects with the successful rate being 94.4%, 6 cases failed in placement of ureteroscope.Ureter perforation occurred in 4 cases. Conclusion: The therapeutic effects of PL under a ureteroscope in the treatment of urinary stones are reliable and the recovery after operation is rapid, its success rate is very high.
