摘要
目的探讨经尿道前列腺汽化切割联合电切术治疗中重度前列腺增生症的方法和疗效。方法采用先经尿道汽化切割切除大部分增生腺体组织,再用电切刀切膀胱颈部,剩余腺体和前列腺尖部组织。结果手术时间短,视野清晰,出血少,术后尿路刺激症状轻,无经尿道电切综合征等严重并发症发生。结论经尿道前列腺汽化切割联合电切术治疗中重度前列腺增生症可以充分发挥两种术式的优点,安全,并发症少,值得临床推广。
Objective: To explore the method and effect of the combined use of transurethral vaporization of prostate (TUVP) and transurethral electroresection of prostate (TURP). Methods: Combined TUVP and TURP was undertaken for 428 cases of middle-high degree bengin prostatic hyperplasia. Results: The therapeutic efforts were satisfactory. The average surgical time was short. The endocsopic view was clear and with little bleeding. No transurethral resection syndrome and the other serious complications were fond. Conclusions: Combined use of TUVP and TURP has advantages of the both. It is a safe and effective way in the treatment of BPH Patient.
