摘要 介绍了声学诊断系统的发展过程 ,阐述了货车滚动轴承早期故障轨边声学诊断系统的原理、构成、组网方式等 ,分析了系统的关键技术和现场应用情况 ,并就车辆滚动轴承早期故障轨边声学诊断系统在全路推广应用进行了探讨。 The development process of the acoustic diagnostic system is described. The principle, composition and network composing way of the TADS for the early stage troubles in freight car rolling bearings are expounded. The key techniques and application in field of the system is analyzed. And discussion is made on the spread and application of the TADS for diagnosing the early stage troubles in freight car rolling bearings in the whole railway.
