摘要
本文主要针对径向浓淡旋流煤粉燃烧器中心扩口存在的磨损问题在一单相实验台上对燃烧器喷口结构进行了冷态优化实验。研究结果表明 :扩口磨损缩小了燃烧器回流区 ,直接导致了燃烧器稳燃性下降。本文取消中心扩口后 ,提出了将燃烧器的一次风扩口内置 ,保持扩口的角度为 2 0°,可保持燃烧器的回流区达到未磨损时的状态。
In this paper,the abrasion of central division cone in the radial dense-thin swirl pulverized coal burner is studied by a cold optimize experiment carried at a single-phase experimental platform.Results show that the abrasion of central division cone decreases circumfluence,which results in fall of the stability of burner.When the first air division cone is moved into burner with angle keeping 20°,circumfluence can come back to the original state without abrasion.
