本文针对饭店水、电、燃料消耗占饭店经营额较大比例的现状 ,提出了行之有效的节能技术与应用实例。因饭店能耗直接影响着经营效益 ,所以对国内饭店行业来说 ,应改变不适应形势的经营管理模式、能耗观念 ,实施节能降耗 ,为经营创造纯利润。

This paper puts forward the effective energy conservation technology and living example for application.Since hotels are a drain on large quantities of running water, electricity and fuel,the economic benefit has something to do with being a drain energy resources. The operating and managing pattern is reformed for hotels of China. Energy conservation technology is put into practice so that net profit is created.
