摘要
以汽车翼子板冲压件为例,系统研究了汽车冲压件制造中的工序分解、工序组合和工序安排问题,归纳了工序分解、工序组合与工序安排的主要准则,并阐述了整个技术的实现过程.提出了采用聚类映射方法生成工序分解树,采用左子结点/右兄弟结点的方法和单链表,将各工序子结点对应的产品模型形状特征有序地连接在一起,并通过工艺组合推理建立初步的工序组合方式.所提出的方法将大大提高汽车冲压件制造前的工艺规划效率.
An auto fender stamping process was selected as a case for stamping process planning, the key issues about the process decomposition, process combination and forming sequence planning were systematically studied. The main principles for process decomposition, process combination and forming sequence planning were summarized and the implementation process was also illustrated. A cluster mapping method was used to generate the process decomposition hierarchy, left child/right sibling method and single link array adopted to store the part geometric features which correspond to each stamping sequence. Through the process combination reasoning, the initial stamping process combination plan was established for further improvement. The proposed technique is valuable for improving the efficiency of auto sheet part stamping process planning.
