摘要 分析了块和其子块离散余弦变换(DCT)系数之间的变换关系,在此基础上提出一种直接在DCT域实现图像尺度分数倍变换的快速有效的算法.该算法不仅解决了先前算法无法在压缩域实现任意分数倍变换的问题,而且具有较好的效果和较小的运算量,该方法可广泛应用在MPEG、JPEG等基于DCT的压缩图像尺度变换中. This paper proposed a fast and efficient image resizing method based on the spatial relationship of discrete cosine transformation (DCT) coefficients between a block and its sub-blocks. The method not only realizes arbitrarily image resizing but also gets better effects and saves computation. Thus this algorithm can be widely used in the compressed image based on DCT transform, such as MPEG and JPEG standard.
