摘要
基于约束识别和混合建模思想开发了一个虚拟装配系统(VAE).分析并构建了系统的功能模块和体系结构,研究了特征和网格混合建模、约束识别和求解以及实时碰撞检测等支撑VAE的关键技术,据此开发了基于PowerWall硬件系统的VAE原型系统.该原型系统可以完成产品的装配工艺规划和装配操作培训,并具备简单的参数化几何建模功能.
The virtual assembly environment (VAE) based on constraint recognition and mixed data model was presented. VAE is a virtual reality based engineering application system, Constructed Solid Geometry (CSG) solid model and polygon model are both used to express the parts. The system architecture and the function modules of VAE were analyzed and its UML (united modeling language) model was established. Several enabling technologies such as constraint recognition, real time collision detection and mixed modeling were explored. According to these technologies, a prototype system of VAE was developed, which is based on PowerWall hardware system. In VAE prototype system, engineers can analyze and plan the assembly of mechanical system and operators can complete their operation training. Some primary parameterized modeling functions are also presented in VAE.
