摘要
本文通过对《联合国反腐败公约》以及相关国际文件的介绍、分折,联系当前我国腐败犯罪的特点,尤其针对贪官外逃现象,借鉴国际社会的有关做法,提出了积极的立法、司法建议。
This article discussesThe United Nations'Anti-Corruption Referendum and other relevant international documents and many other countries'experience in handling corruption issues,in relation with the specific features that characterize Chinese corruption, especially the phenomenon that some Chinese corrupt officials have fled the country, and offers some active suggestions for legislation and judicature.
