摘要
目的观察组胺H2受体阻滞剂西咪替丁对腹腔感染大鼠全肠外营养(TPN)时营养代谢的调理作用。方法采用28只成年腹腔感染大鼠,随机分成对照组(TPN组)和实验组(TPN+西咪替丁组)。对照组给予全营养混合物,实验组在全营养混合物中加入西咪替丁注射液80mg·kg-1·d-1,实验持续4d。测定实验前后大鼠体重、血糖、血清三酰甘油、血清总蛋白、白蛋白、尿素氮和肌酐的浓度;测定每日氮平衡和尿3-甲基组氨酸(3-MH)的排出量,计算累积氮平衡和累积尿3-MH排出量。结果血清三酰甘油的变化两组间无显著差异,其余血清学指标实验前后变化的差值实验组比对照组显著减少;实验组累积氮平衡显著优于对照组(P<0.01);累积尿3-MH排出量比对照组显著减少(P<0.01)。结论组胺H2受体阻滞剂西咪替丁可以调理腹腔感染大鼠TPN时糖、蛋白质代谢,减少蛋白质丢失,对脂肪代谢无显著影响。
Objective: To investigate the effects of histamine H 2receptor antagonist cimitidine on nutrient metabolism in rats with infection under the condition of total parenteral nutrition(TPN). Methods: Twenty eight SD rats with abdominal infection were randomly divided into control group(TPN group) and experimental group(TPN+cimitidine). The total nutritional admixture(TNA) infusion was given to rats of each group. Cimitidine 80 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 was added to TNA in experimental group. The experiment lasted 4 days. Body weight, blood glucose, serum triglyceride(TG), total serum protein, serum albumin, blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and creatinine(Cr) were determined at the beginning and the end of the study, respectively. Nitrogen balance(NB) was tested daily and the amount of urinary 3 methyl histidine (3 MH) was calculated at the end of this study. Results: There was no difference in variation of serum TG between the 2 groups. The variations of the other serological indexes significantly reduced in experimental group as compared with those in control group. Cumulative NB increased and cumulative 3 MH decreased significantly in the experimental group. Conclusion: Cimitidine may intervene in glucose and protein metabolisms and reduce protein loss in rats with infection under the condition of TPN. [
