盐酸左氧氟沙星及司氟沙星治疗沙门氏菌感染的成本-效果分析

Cost-effective analysis of the treatment of salmonella infection with levofloxacin hydrochloride and sparfloxacin

目的对盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液、司氟沙星片两种药物治疗沙门氏菌感染的成本-效果进行分析。方法运用药物经济学成本-效果分析法对两种沙门氏菌感染的治疗方案进行回顾性分析评价。结果盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液组与司氟沙星片组相比,虽成本较高,但较安全。结论在治疗沙门氏菌感染方面,盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液组具有较好的安全性。

Objective: To study the cost effectiveness of treatment of salmonella infection with levofloxacin hydrochloride injection (group A) and sparfloxacin tablet (group B). Methods: Levofloxacin hydrochloride injection was given to group A and sparfloxacin tablet was given to group B. The pharmacoeconomic cost effective analysis was used in the study. Results: The cost of group A was higher than that of group B, but the safety of the former was better than that of the latter. Conclusion: The group A is the better way to treat the salmonella infection for its safety. [
